When on manually click on the url it goes 404 error page not found.
So where is the update?

Reduced schedule during conference and annual break

That's normal, this link is for the Joomla updater, not for a manual download.

Do you have an active subscription and did your enter your update ID in the corresponding option as described on the "Updating sh404SEF" documentation page?
