Hi, I hope you can help us. Since we had 4SEO installed, the sitemap has not been created and there is a message that says: Sitemap creation is in progress.
Any idea why this is happening? Thanks.

After logging in, please open a ticket describing as clearly as possible the problem you're experiencing.
In your case, make sure you always specify the full and real URL of the website in question, as nothing can be checked without it.
In addition, :
1 - Check if the sitemap is available or not. Have you tried loading it in your browser
2 - Has the site been analyzed at least once? sitemap content is based on at least one analysis of the site. Have you read the Pages overview?
