I have tried to uninstall your component but it still leaves directories and sef information in the database which I think is causing problems on my website. Since uninstalling Google some pages with -Removals Feedback.

If I subscribe could you help remove all references to Sh404 sef from my system

Nope. When sh404SEF is uninstalled, it does nothing. It cannot modify your site content or anything like that. At all. 100%. Actually, you don't even need to uninstall it. Just setting "Enable URL optimization" to no will have the same effect.

Indeed, we leave all the database tables behind, in case the uninstall was a mistake. This is well documented in the documentation, including how to remove the data left.

The URL with an "index.php" that you see in this listing was not created by sh404SEF but by Joomla. Protecting you from those sort of SEO errors made by Joomla was one of the tasks sh404SEF did. Now that you have removed it, you're not protected anymore (Try https://weeblr.com/index.php. You'll see sh404SEF puts a canonical to https://weeblr.com, to avoid Google indexing weeblr.com/index.php).
