Does Josetta translate languages automatically when a user loads the website or does it just translates from article to a chosen lang?

Hi

Josetta doesn't translate anything. Josetta is an interface to Joomla multilingual system, it helps translators do their job by showing overview of content to be translated and an easy to use translation interface.
