Reduced schedule during conference and annual break

We'll be operating with a reduced schedule from tomorrow and the next few weeks, as follows:

We'll be travelling and attending JoomlaDay USA from Tuesday April 22 to Friday April 25. Support will have extended response time during this period. From April 25 evening to Tuesday May 12 included, support will be closed for our annual break.

Don't forget to look up the documentation, including the videos, your answer may already be there! Likewise, be sure to check the Development versions area, in case your problem may already have been solved.

In case of emergency (ie your site is down with a fatal error directly linked to one of our extensions), please contact us by email (see contact icon at the bottom of all pages of this site)

Hello. On the 404 page, my menu is displayed incorrectly.
Example https://example.com/joomla/shablony/shablon-dzhumla-44

If you use the error page from sh404SEF then this problem does not exist.

Please, help.   Joomla https://example.com/administrator/

Hi

If I visit https://example.com/joomla/shablony/shablon-dzhumla-44, I see a web server error page, from your Apache server.

It means your .htaccess file is not configured properly, this is not related to Joomla or 4SEO.

Best regards

Try again. I was forced to temporarily close the test site.

Hi,

I can see that, it looks like some CSS is missing. This is coming from the DJ Mega menu CSS, I suspect it may not be loading some custom CSS that you have for it.

I can see from the CSS that a dj-megamenu file is not loaded: it's called: dj-megamenu.71.css, here is the full address:

https://example.com/templates/jm-job-listings/css/djmegamenu.71.css

I can't say why it's not loaded, that's of  course not a function of 4SEO or sh404SEF to load CSS. This would indicate that the template does not load the CSS is a standard way but I don't know that for sure.

I'd suggest looking into the DJMega Menu AND the template options to try and see where that djmegamenu.71.css is coming from and why it's not loaded properly. The developers can provide a hint there.

Best regards
