We were talking during beta testing about your plans for adding images to the sitemap generation of 4SEO, but that it was going to be later in development. Since images are what my site/business is all about, I am very anxious to see what you come up with. Currently I use Jsitemap Pro, but use shs404SEF and 4SEO and always looking for ways to limit how many extensions I have installed.

My site is xxxx.com, please let me know when 4SEOs image sitemap capabilities are fully functioning as I am desperate for ways to take advantage of all the images on our site to help SEO.

Hi Russell,

You can find the roadmoap for 4SEO here. Images sitemap are scheduled for mid-september. We've rougly managed to stick to the roadmap so far so that's still a valid estimate.

However, I read again our last discussion and your case was very specific to Ignite Gallery and JSitemap pro. JSitemap pro was including 2 pages for each image in the sitemap, one canonical and one non-canonical. So this might need specific work in due time.

BTW, I looked up the site again and I can see a few broken images/thumnails on your portfolio page:

I have completed last week the Images sitemap feature of 4SEO, including specific support for IgniteFallery and PhocaGallery.

Do you care to give it a try? should be released within a day or 2 at most in any case.
