Reduced schedule during conference and annual break

We'll be operating with a reduced schedule from tomorrow and the next few weeks, as follows:

We'll be travelling and attending JoomlaDay USA from Tuesday April 22 to Friday April 25. Support will have extended response time during this period. From April 25 evening to Tuesday May 12 included, support will be closed for our annual break.

Don't forget to look up the documentation, including the videos, your answer may already be there! Likewise, be sure to check the Development versions area, in case your problem may already have been solved.

In case of emergency (ie your site is down with a fatal error directly linked to one of our extensions), please contact us by email (see contact icon at the bottom of all pages of this site)

Hello Team,

How to resolve the site analysis progress bar? Despite I was updating the extension or joomla or clearing the browser cache/temp files/cookies or site cache on CDN as troubleshooting step, the progress bar remains as per screenshot. Please advise what might be the cause. Thank you for the support.

Hi

1 - Please always, always provide the full and real address of the website we are discussing. Without this site address, I am not able to check if your website is operating as it should.

2 - There's no problem with the progress bar. Please read the Overview page of 4SEO documentation to learn how the site analysis operates. The analysis is triggered in the background by visits on the frontend. So how fast it goes depends on how many pages are on the site and how many visitors you have. 

As described in the linked documentation, I recommend to run a manual analysis the first time.
