What do the red flag prem means on different items?
When I click on such items with red flags ,, prem,, I am blocked ,
Is there any button to reload with my credit card to get more tokens ? otherwise how to do ?

It means you are using the Community edition instead of the full edition that you paid for!
You should download and install the normal 4AI edition from the Downloads Downloads page to have access to all features.
Is there any button to reload with my credit card to get more tokens ?
- Tokens are not about money. Tokens is (roughly) the number of words in your questions and the response you get from the AI API
- It's not us that you pay for usage of the AI API, it's OpenAI (the company behind ChatGPT). They make you pay based on the number of tokens (ie "words") that you use (your questions + their response). So you do need to put your credit card up at openai.com, and that's also where you get your API key.
Important: you do NOT need to buy ChatGPT+ at $20/month. Do not buy that. Only get your API key and enter your credit card details so that they charge you once a month.
