We are pleased to announce the release of wbAMP version 1.9.2. This is a maintenance release over last version, 1.9.1.

wbAMP brings Accelerated Mobile Pages to Joomla. Please read our blog post for more details.

Here are the highlights of this version:

  • K2 views cannot be selected using the new interface

If you use wbAMP to create AMP versions of your K2 pages, please review your K2 page selection settings after installing this version, they may have been lost or modified by last release.

Here are the highlights for the main 1.9 release:

  • Added support for Joomla Contact component: contact us on your AMP page
  • Completely rewritten page selection, much simpler and much more powerful
  • Option to display AMP pages to phone (or phones+tablets) visitors
  • Addd support for custom forms
  • Added ability to read remote image dimensions, manually adding dimensions no longer required
