4Analytics version 6.0.0

Hello,

We're pleased to announce the release of 4Analytics version 6.0.0. This is a feature release, compatible with Joomla 3 to 6 without a compatibility plugin.

It introduces support for campaigns. Here are the highlights:

• Added support for campaigns. Define campaigns with medium and source variables. Include campaign variables in URLs on social media, in newsletters, ads, QR codes, etc.
• Added a URL builder, including a QR code generator, to easily insert campaign variables into any URL. Download or copy/paste the QR code into other apps. Copy URLs to share links on social media or in newsletters.
• In-app reports now have an animated toolbar that reduces its size when scrolling down to offer more space for actual content.
• Reject invalid URLs before processing them rather than after, saving time.
• Now using a more secure HMAC signature for emailed report access verification. Reports from the last 60 days are still accepted.
• Now using a dialog element for most dialogs.
• Default accent color is now purple instead of blue.
• Fixed a small layout shift in the tab switcher when navigating to or from the "When to run" tab.
• Accessibility: Table header cells with no visible title now have an indication of their content.
• Accessibility: Fixed the Copy Image button in the URL & QR code tool, which did not properly announce that the image had been copied.
• Accessibility: Fixed the Copy button, which did not properly announce that data had been copied (multiple locations).
• Fixed a missing language string for the "copy cron key" button.
• Accessibility: Fixed navigation landmark elements that did not have a unique identifier.
• Fixed an issue where live visitors were still checked even if disabled in the UI.
