Hi There

We've got Mosets Tree installed but sh404sef doesn't seem to be working.

I.e. url to a category is "/page-alias/?cat_id=1&view=listcats" instead of just "/page-alias" or "/category-alias".
Link to an alpha listing is "page-alias/a/?alpha=a" instead of "/page-alias/a" or "/category-alias/a".

Is there an extra plugin that needs to be installed or custom settings set somewhere?

Sorry about the delay, we have one staff member unavailable at the moment.

The Mosets tree plugin may need to be updated.

What are the settings you use for Mosets tree under the "By components" tab of sh404SEF configuration?

Hi,
Mosets Tree version is 3.6.3, which is the latest version.

"By components" configuration is as follows:
(use default handler) -> Use sh404sef plugin if available -> Disable shURL

1 - Can you switch from "Use sh404SEF plugin if available" to "Use router.php"?
2 - Is it possible to get an (akeeba) backup of your site? Mosets Tree demands are extremely rare, and if I have to look at the sh404SEF plugin to update it to a more recent version of Mosets Tree, having a test site is very helpful.

Hi

1 - Nope. If using the Mosets built-in router.php plugin, there's no configuration - unless Mosets allow itself some conifguration? router.php is totally a part of mosets, not sh404SEF, so we have no control on it.

2 - Nope, the server configuration doesn't matter, what matters is to have a working configuration for Mosets tree.
