we bought your sh404 for our site xxxx.it. But we can't modify the url seo friendly. i don't know what could be the poblem. we tried every way we know.

Can you suggest us some way? Our administrative panel to access it:

Hi,

Disabling the Language Filter plugin restores functionality.
Which means that you haven’t setup correctly your multilingual properties of your site. Please refer to the Joomla documentation on how to setup correctly a multilingual site.

sorry if I disturd you again

I understood that the problem is because, -- I set a multilanguage system in a wrong way--

what I'm trying to do now, is come back to the default configuration, and I think that every thing is ok

I know, and I don't want you misunderstand me,
becouse I can't ask you to resolve my problem, that's for sure

but can you please look if my configuration for sh404 is correct ?
because i don't think that now I have a wrong configuration

Hi,

Your configuration is fine but you had disabled the Enable URL optimization option which turns off sh404SEF. I re enabled that and now your site works fine.

Unfortunatly i didn't solve this problem.

so I have two question now.

1) is it possible to use your plug-in in two differents roots?(without buying it again)

2)if you go to
www.xxxx.it-->apartment-->choose one apartment
the plug in is not working !!!

can you please test it again ?

Hi

1 - You can use sh404SEF on as many site as you want, as pet the

page.
You shouldn't have any problem if we are talking about 2 separate sites. The only thing you have to pay attention to is the .htaccess files. As specified in our Getting started documentation page, you should make things work (regarding .htaccess) with Joomla only, and this will also work with sh404SEF.

2 - I'm not sure what you mean by "not working". I went to the site, enabled Joomla SEF URL (which you had disabled) and when I do that I get a web server 404 error. Is this what you mean by "Not working"?

If yes, this means that you have not done your web server basic setup for SEF URLs.
This is not related to sh404SEF, but is configuration you have to do on your server to allow SEF URLs.
Once you get Joomla SEF URL to work, sh404SEF will work as well.
Again, the Getting started guide is a good reference, it also has some help and links in setting up Joomla.
