En charge du site de mr xxxx

Nous avons un gros problème avec sh 404 et virtuemart.
une fois sh 404 activé, les produits s'éffacent petit à petit du panier.
En clair, le site est inutilisable avec sh404 et le client regrette son achat.

I cannot replicate this behavior since I disabled the English Language from your content Languages.

Can you confirm that there is no problem any more?

the problem is still there when sh404 is enabled

that is a bad translation.

products are nat added in the cart.

fill the cart as you want, navigate each time in another category, and you will see that almost each time, last product is removed from the cart.

Hi,

OK, now I get the weird behavior once I click on the left side menu, I was using the slideshow to navigate around. The problem was that you had caching enabled for that module [La boutique], once this was disabled everything works fine.

finally, we decided to disable sh404.
we have this problem, and others :
modules appear in pages they are not affected to.

Hi

Modules not appearing on the expected page is linked to your site having duplicates content, which sh404SEF protects you from. Please read the documentation about how to handle this.

As for products disapearing from cart, this is not something I can reproduce: I have enabled again sh404SEF, without touching any other setting, and I can add products to the cart (I'm not logged in), from the same page or from multiple pages, and the products stay in the cart.

Hi

I have switched to "Slow serveur" under the advanced tab of configuration,but that doesn't seem to solve the problem.
You have about 450 000+ URL. This is large, but not huge, but it looks like your mysql server cannot accomodate that number of URLs, at least in the backend, where sh404SEF has to do complex queries to list URLs and associated meta data, duplicates, etc

Maybe the server is stuck now, so if you can have alook at it and restart it, we'd know if that's the problem. Would be good to look at the MYSQL and PHP logs, in case any error shows up there.
