Dear Support,

in my web site: http://www.xxxx.com/decka59/ I have an article with title "Idee regalo mamma".
You may see it under the previews "Ultime notizie" nella home page.
At the beginning this article had no menu item in Main menu or in the hidden menu (Menù nascosto).

In this article I had to add in the code {loadposition ideeregalomamma} because thus I can load all articles previews being
in "idee regalo mamma" category by Raxo All Mode Pro module.
When I tried to assign the "Idee regalo mamma - Raxo " module to "Idee regalo mamma" article, it didn't appear.
Thus I made a new menu item in my hidden menu (Menu nascosto). See the attachment.

The problem is that if you clic on "Idee regalo mamma" preview in home its link does't work.

I'll be grateful if you may help me.

At the beginning this article had no menu item in Main menu or in the hidden menu (Menù nascosto).

sh404SEF does not use menu items to build URLs. They are however needed to be able to attach modules of course.

As a first action, I would simply suggest:

- go to sh404SEF SEF URL manager
- delete the URL idee-regalo-per-la-mamma and all its duplicates.

This is done by selecting the URL and then using the "Delete with dupl." instead of the normal "Delete" button. This will delete the URL and all the duplicates that Joomla generated for it.

- clear all Joomla cache
- reload the site home page and test

Wonderful!!! Now it is working well.

But I noticed something strange: the TITLE has changed from "Idee regalo per la mamma" to "Idee regalo per la mamma | articoli in home page".
"| articoli in home page" is the category name that contains this article.
KEYWORDS and DESCRIPTION meta tags are working well in this article.

Can I delete the TITLE words "| articoli in home page"?

I don't understand where I have to write the article TITLE. I can't find it in the "Browser Page Title" tab. See attachment: https://bit.ly/38Jld9c

"| articoli in home page" is the category name that contains this article.

That's correct: for Joomla articles, sh404SEF rewrites the page title based on the article title and category(ies).

This can be configured based on your need by :

- in sh404SEF configuration, go to Extensions -> Joomla
- Scroll all the way down to SEO:

You can then select whether to include one category, all categories, etc in the title

- Just save and the title will be updated.

There is no need to write the article title, it's all automatic.

If you want to change the article title, or meta description or anything else, you should go to the SEF URL manager. Then find a URL, click on it and change anything you like from all the options available. See more details and screenshots in the documentation on this page.

PS: it's much better if possible to open a separate ticket for each question, much easier to track for everyone.Thank you.
