Hi

Except some rare cases, sh404SEF do not set canonical tags. The rare cases are:

- on the home page (this one looks good on your site)
- when you manually add a canonical to a URL, using the URL manager
- on multilingual sites, we add a canonical to the default language page.

I would suggest you check other plugins you may have related to canonicals.
Another thing you can do is check the Joomla SEF system plugin. Since 3.6.0, it has a parameter, where you can set the domain value. Maybe this is stuck to http. Or you can enter you https domain here, to see if this fixes the problem.

we purged
You should not purge URLs on a live site. This can cause 404 for search engines and visitors. At least consult with us first.

Hi

You're welcome. There is no need to purge, the URLs have not changed at all. It's only the domain, and the domain is not handled by sh404SEF, but by Joomla.
