Hello there,
after my upgrade to Joomla 3.6.2 the url generation got 'messed up".. it now ADDS language stuffix to the end of the url..

so i had this:
http://www.xxxx.nl/nl/arrangementen/arrangementen

and it is turned into:
http://www.xxxx.nl/nl/arrangementen/arrangementen/nl

Resulting in a 404 page.. that can't be found.. Any ideas what can be causing this. If i turn of the SH404SEF component, it works fine.
I have Jot Cache and Falang also running on the site. I've tried with turning of cache, but no changes..

Hi

Yes, Joomla made a change in version 3.6.1 causing this. We didn't see it in our testing before they released it because it only happens on some multilingual sites, that have a specific ordering of system plugins. Our 2 multilingual test sites didn't show any issue.

There are 2 solutions:

- go to the Joomla plugins manager, and change the plugins ordering so that the Joomla language filter system plugin is located before the sh404SEF system plugin.
- download and install the current development version, from the development versions download area, which should change the plugins order for you (but has more features and changes)

IMPORTANT: you are using Falang, which is unsupported with sh404SEF. The 3.6.1 and 3.6.2 updates may also have broken Falang, so if updating does not solve your issues, you will need to talk to Falang as well.
