Hello,
I have an error message at the bottom of my page on my site since I installed sh404SEF.

I have the following error message:

On all site pages the error message appears! !
when I uninstalls sh404sef and I delete the tables in my database, I do not have this error. What is going on ?
Help me please.

This is not an error message. This is an information message, showing the cache statistics. It is showing because you have enabled this setting:

Simply set it back to its default value: No.

2 -

when I uninstalls sh404sef and I delete the tables in my database,

Never delete database tables manually, you can only damage things. Just use the Joomla standard uninstall feature, and read the documentation for details.
