Hi,
I have lots of articles in a category "products". They are not linked to a menu item, but show under a products page within a Joomla category module.
With SH404SEF off no problem.
If I turn on SH404SEF, the individual product pages get all modules displaying on them, including modules that are set to only show on the home page.
Any idea what we are doing wrong.
Thanks

Hi

1 - What are your Joomla and sh404SEF exact versions?
2 - There are 2 reasons this would happen:

a - duplicate URLs: this would happen when joomla modules creates links without Itemid, or with the wrong Itemid. Please see this page of documentation (and the video on the next page) illustrating this and how to handle.

b - this might also be a language configuration issue (even if site is NOT multilingual). If your site language is not en-GB, then you can check that under the "Content" tab of Joomla language manager, there's only your site language. Usually, either you have English there, or maybe both English and your site language. Make sure only your site language is published there (add it if missing, and unpublish English), then Purge URLs in the URL manager.
