Hi

1 - I don't know what you mean by "scatters", I enabled it and the site looks the same, however there were multiple problems:

- you were running with the Joomla cache plugin, but it was placed before sh404SEF, so we couldn't do any change to the pages. I reordered the plugins so that sh404SEF is before, and then I cleared the system cache.
- you are using another plugin tomanage analytics (with Google Tags manager it seems). WHy are you using 2 such plugins at the same time?

2 - Please open another ticket for the other topic if needed. You need to create a custom URL for this URL, as this extension doesn't appear to have a router.php file
