It seems your site is multilingual. From sh404SEF version 4.3.1 up, Joomla! languagefilter system plugin should now be enabled, while older versions required it to be disabled. You can enable it on this page

Hi

That's because you have a "Content" language different from your default language.
Look at the "Content" tab of Joomla language manager. You may still have there the "English" language, instead of your site language.
If so, add your language as a "Content" language and unpublish english, from the "Content" tab.
