4AI does not know or care about what the content on the page.
If JReviews implements the standard Joomla editor API (to get and set an editor content), 4AI will be able to directly read and write to the editor.
If JReviews does not use the standard Joomla API for content editor, there's always copy/pasting. All outputs from 4AI have simple "Copy" buttons which you can use to set the content anywhere you like.
