We had subscribed during the redesign of our website. The subscription key was 8O56WJCEDT7Q for 4seo.
I would like to activate these subscriptions on our new site, but the keys are no longer working with the new domain.
I am unable to connect them to the search console.

Keys are not attached to domains. I suspect your subscription may just have expired? What does your dashboard says?
