Thanks for your message.
We can't provide you a discount due to our current subscription system, so what we do in such case is:
- you buy a new subscription
- you tell us, and we add 2 months free to the subscription, to compensate for the missing discount
When you renew this subscription in a year (and 2 months!), you will again be entitled to the normal 20% renewal discount.
It's a gift we are making you, so next time don't let go the 3 reminders we are sending you at 30 days, 7 days and 24 hours before expiration!
