Hi, i'm starting migration from J3 to J4 and would like to keep our URL because we use Virtuemart.
Could you please tell me if 4SEF will help to keep the URL structure ?

Reduced schedule during conference and annual break
We'll be operating with a reduced schedule from tomorrow and the next few weeks, as follows:
We'll be travelling and attending JoomlaDay USA from Tuesday April 22 to Friday April 25. Support will have extended response time during this period. From April 25 evening to Tuesday May 12 included, support will be closed for our annual break.
Don't forget to look up the documentation, including the videos, your answer may already be there! Likewise, be sure to check the Development versions area, in case your problem may already have been solved.

4SEF itself won't help has it is not aware of Joomsef of course.
One way is to go through sh404SEF on Joomla 3:
- install sh404SEF on a copy of your Joomla 3 site
- install the sh404SEF importer (a free, unsupported plugin that you may find under the Downloads page)
- run the importer to transfer existing SEF URLs from JoomSef to sh404SEF
- install 4SEF
- in 4SEF, you can import from sh404SEF.
I cannot stress enough that:
- all this must be tested and validated on test copies of your site
- 4SEF is still in beta testing, so there may be bugs - but your testing is how it will eventually be stable
- with this process, all imported URLs will be regular URLs in 4SEF and if you ever Purge URLs, then you will lose them all. So you should use the "Import as Custom URLs", so that these imported SEF URLs are not deleted when using the Purge button.
