If you are a sh404SEF subscriber, you already have 4SEF as they are under the same subscription. 4SEO is an entirely different extension. We do not have any bundle discount, as we want to price our extensions as low as possible, all year round.
4SEF does only one thing: create SEF URLS, as close as possible as what sh404SEF is doing. This is what you need to maintain the same URLs when upgrading from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4 (4SEF works on both).
4SEO is an all-in-one SEO extension, also working on both J3 and J4. 4SEO replaces:

No it is not. They are 100% different extensions with no relationship. Most people will just use 4SEO without 4SEF.
