I was reading your 4SEF documentation. It points over to a product page that does not exist. If you look here:

And click the top link it takes you to https://weeblr.com/joomla-seo/4sef which is broken.

I need to download the 4SEF plugin to migrate stuff before switching to Joomla 4...

1 - 4SEF is in BETA testing at the moment, not released publicly. This is why the product page is not up yet.

2 - The 4SEF beta version has been available for a bit more than 2 months to all sh404SEF subscribers. There's just one single subscription for both sh404SEF and 4SEF. So if you have an active sh404SEF/4SEF subscription, you could download it already for the last couple of months and test it. Just head over to the Downloads page to download it.
