No idea either, from the message they display, it's a "Joomla legacy issue", so not something actually related to the extension.
This is more something for them if you want details I think.

In the example the asset for sh404SEF is fixed. In red the old value is displayed, in green the new (resolved) value for the "rules" of the asset. The reason for this specific change is that for empty actions (all actions do not have a setting) the actions should not be stored in the database. We follow the Joomla core procedures for this.

Yep, I can see this is an old thing that we used to do. It may come back if you install sh404SEF updates, but I would not worry about it, this works fine either way.
