As I understand it, in other posts you have said that the sh404SEF will become part of the 4SEF subscription. Will people with sh404SEF subscriptions be automatically upgrades to 4SEF subscriptions once it is released or will we need to buy a new 4SEF subscription then?
Will there be an option to purchase a subscription that includes both 4SEF and 4SEO or will we have to maintain 2 separate subscriptions for the 2 products?

There's no "upgrade" to be done. There just only one subscription for both sh404SEF and 4SEF. It's already done, you can download and update both 4SEF (beta) and sh404SEF with your current sh404SEF subscription.
I have not added a 4SEF product page yet, while we're in beta testing (but that won't last long, it's already pretty stable actually) but the subscription has already been renamed "sh404SEF / 4SEF" and there'll only ever be one single subscription for both.

The 2 products are entirely separate, and don't need each other to operate so there won't be a single subscription covering both. There's also a price issue, as I priced 4SEO at the very lowest price that can be, in line with what I always did with sh404SEF (the 4SEF/sh404SEF price is at $44 and has been for something like 5 years or more. So there's no room for discount/bundles or anything like that. I know users like discounts but I've always preferred providing extensions at the lowest possible price, all year long, rather than increasing price to be able to give discounts.
