4SEO does not really care about how content is created so any page builder will do. It also depends on how you use your page builder.
If using it inside of a regular joomla article, then it's no problem, every feature will work automatically as usual.
If using native page builder full pages instead of regular Joomla article, then a few features may require a bit more work. For instance, for structured data, instead fo the fully automatic, no configuration, normal mode of Joomla content, you will have to set a single rule to define structured data for your page builder.
This will get better as we offer dedicated support for the most common page builders but since 4SEO release nearly 9 months ago now, this has proven so fast and simple that dedicated support has not been a priority so far.
That said, I only have real experience with SPPage Builder (by far the most common) and YooTheme pro. Gridbox I have seen used only a couple of times, with not issue reported.
