I am trying to select the best SEO option for me.
I am running a J!/Virtuemart shop.
Bumped into contentkingapp.com to provide me with SEO analysis, but I also need something to actually perform changes with.

I allready have sh404SEF, can I use this to optimise SEO (for Virtuemart) or is 4SEO better equipped to do the job?

It entirely depends on what type of changes you are looking at.

4SEO does not have advanced direct support for Virtuemart just yet (we started we Hikashop last month) but it's on the roadmap likely for version 1.5 next month.

Again, it entirely depends on what you want to do.
