Joomla Contact Form stopped working, it is no longer sending emails and I cannot figure out why. Can you please let me know if 4SEO breaks Joomla contact forms.

Use this account for testing.... https://www.globaltalentlist.com/contact-joeluvnyc

For some reason after I  fill out the form and hit send, you get a blank page and the URL displays this: https://www.globaltalentlist.com/en/

Don't know where the /en/ is coming from?

Thank you
Joseph

I figued it out!
It is 4SEO that was breaking the Joomla contact form.
I uninstalled 4SEO and now the Joomla contact form is working again.
Can you guys look into this and see if you can fix it.

Hi

There's nothing in 4SEO that can break any Joomla forms and there never was a single report of anything like that in the last few months so I doubt this is the problem.

I uninstalled 4SEO and now the Joomla contact form is working again.

This in no way means 4SEO is the real source of the problem. Only that it happens when 4SEO is installed.

For some reason after I  fill out the form and hit send, you get a blank page and the URL displays this: https://www.globaltalentlist.com/en/

Don't know where the /en/ is coming from?

This would indicate that you have enabled the Joomla Language Filter despite your site being single language.

Can you guys look into this and see if you can fix it.

The only thing I can think of is if you created rules, in particular redirects, that applies to "index.php". That may affect how Joomla form work.

In any case, and again, we can't really look into it because we do not have any information about anything like that on any site, so we just don't have anywhere to look. Maybe you can have a copy of your site somewhere, with the problem happening and we can look at what's actually causing this?

In any case:

- You are on public forum, where we can only reply to pre-sale questions. We provide support to our subscribers through our helpdesk.

- After logging in, please open a ticket describing as clearly as possible the problem you're experiencing.

 Best regards
