Disregard, I refreshed the page and found it in the dropdown.
Thank goodness, we are only allowed to use PayPal for international purchases.

Happy this is solved, indeed Payplans (our subscription extension) makes it a bit difficult to see the options, even with added CSS.
I have already asked for a set of radio buttons to be used instead, looks it'll be some times before it happens...
