Hello. I had installed sh404SEF component for several years. But today it says I cannot update the extension. I did not get any notification that my purchase expired. My account email is [email protected]/ Can you please help?

Indeed you subscription expired a few months ago. We sent 3 renewals notifications 30 days, 7 days and 24 hours before the expiration date.
It is always possible that those message went to spam, or you may have added some anti-spam filtering service or similar? Make sure to "whitelist" our sending address, [email protected], to be sure to receive all emails we send you.
We cannot apply the renewal discount now, but we can do the following:
- purchase a new subscription
- tell us here in this ticket you did so
- we will extend that subscription by 2 months free of charge

You do not have to do anything. Now that you have an active subscription, the regular update through Joomla will work again as usual.

Yes, but strange thing is that all this post notifications and also purchasing notification came to my mail(not spam), but I did not get notifications about subscription. I am afraid to forget next time too...

I can't say much. I can see on our subscription app that the 3 notifications were triggered. There may have been an issue in the SMTP provider we use at this exact moment, but 3 times, that's not really possible. Unfortunately, we not have email sending logs that far in the past, so I cannot check for any errors there.
Most likely, it would be SPAM classification though, which is why it would help if you can whitelist our address.
