4SEO works with any type of content. We are developing plugins to optimize support for a few more common extensions, and K2 is one of them, so things will be even better in a few weeks. But you can definitely get started now if you want.

4SEO can work today with any extension.
In a few weeks, we will have a plugin that does a better job at identifying duplicates for instance. There's no rush, you can certainly wait a bit for the optimized support.
