contents created with SEBLOD are displayed with the com_cck component

wbAMP can work with any extension. I don't know what the actual output will be as it depends on how much Seblod output is amp-compatible and how much wbAMP will remove to achieve AMP-compatibility.
It's also not only using Seblod but what type of content you are creating with it. The AMP format is a strict specification so if you use javacript or external CSS, that will be removed. But the actual content will stay with default styling.
The only way is to try on your own site!
