Will wbAmp also operate on pages made with yootheme's zoo extension?
Reduced schedule during conference and annual break
We'll be operating with a reduced schedule from tomorrow and the next few weeks, as follows:
We'll be travelling and attending JoomlaDay USA from Tuesday April 22 to Friday April 25. Support will have extended response time during this period. From April 25 evening to Tuesday May 12 included, support will be closed for our annual break.
Don't forget to look up the documentation, including the videos, your answer may already be there! Likewise, be sure to check the Development versions area, in case your problem may already have been solved.
In case of emergency (ie your site is down with a fatal error directly linked to one of our extensions), please contact us by email (see contact icon at the bottom of all pages of this site)
#7718 – wbAmp

Hi
wbAMP will operate with all pages on your site that you instruct it to transform into AMP content. However, the question is more: Is your Zoo content compatible with AMP? or how much of that Zoo content is compatible with AMP?
wbAMP will convert automatically HTML content, converting what can be converted (ie img tags for instance) into their AMP equivalent.
Then it will remove everything else as AMP does not allow non-AMP content. Things removed include:
- any javascript
- any external CSS
Not familiar enough with Zoo and it depends on your content, again, but if you have content on your pages that relies on javacsript to be properly displayed, that won't be compatible with AMP.
Likewise, if you have specific CSS for those pages, wbAMP instead provides simple CSS that you'll likely need to extend or modify until your page looks similar to your regular pages.
Hope this helps,
Best regards
