that you have an importer tool to migrate MijoSEF to sh404SEF, but when I navigate to the downloads page I'm not seeing the plug-in there. Does the importer still exist/work?

It does - although it is an unsupported, convenience software. It is available to our users with an active subscription which I don't believe you have at this moment. Only a small subset of downloads are publicly available.
