Hello,

I am not a developer and just trying to help my husband update his website, kelschlawfirm.com.

I did not understand that sh404SEF extension would help with redirects so I installed a different extension which asked me to uninstall sh404SEF and another plugin called fix404errorlinks. When I realized that sh404SEF could do what I was looking for, I reinstalled it and uninstalled the new one and now a few pages on my website are getting fatal error message. I would really appreciate your help. In the past when I have made updates to sh404SEF I have gotten an error before. I'm most sure how to fix this and was hoping you could help or point me in the right direction. My host provider (InMotion) does not have tech support for Joomla websites.

Here is the message:

Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'JDatabaseExceptionExecuting' with message 'Table 'fssklaw_law.#__fix404errorlinks_error404logs' doesn't exist' in /home/fssklaw/KelschLawFirm.com/libraries/joomla/database/driver/mysqli.php:665 Stack trace: #0 /home/fssklaw/KelschLawFirm.com/libraries/joomla/database/driver.php(1656): JDatabaseDriverMysqli->execute() #1 /home/fssklaw/KelschLawFirm.com/plugins/system/fix404errorlinks/fix404errorlinks.php(529): JDatabaseDriver->loadObject() #2 [internal function]: plgSystemFix404ErrorLinks::web357HandleError404(Object(JDatabaseExceptionExecuting)) #3 {main} thrown in /home/fssklaw/KelschLawFirm.com/libraries/joomla/database/driver/mysqli.php on line 665

Thank you,

Amy

Hi

As you can see by the error message content, the error is located in that "fixerrorlinks" plugin. I would sugggest you disable it and the error should go away.

Please note that you are on public forum, where we can only reply to pre-sale questions.

We provide support to our subscribers through our helpdesk.

Thanks and regards
