Im having some redirect issues after install on just some pages on my site, how can I get technical support to resolve. I bought 404sef maybe last year. Please advise, parts of my site are not accessible right now.

Hi Darren,

This forum is for pre-sale to pre-sale questions. We provide support to our users with an active subscription through our helpdesk. As your subscription expired about 6 months ago, you will need to get a new one to access the helpdesk.

After logging in, please open a ticket describing as clearly as possible the problem you're experiencing, including full and real URLs affected by the problem and details on how you created thos redirects.

Hi

Most certainly. Note that as you are running outdate software and your issue is actually related to sh404SEF itself, the problem may well have been solved in a more recent version and updating should be enough. You opened several tickets in this pre-sale forum and I alrady replied to you the following:

2 - You are running an older version of Joomla, some required library are not available and sh404SEF cannot run on this site. Needless to say, due to running a very old Joomla version, there are several security vulnerabilities in it and it is exposed to hacking. Once you've updated, you can get back to properly running sh404SEF.


I don't know what your "redirect issues" are but my remark above will not go away just by purchasing a subscription.

I updated to the most recent version of joomla and then installed, so its a clean install on the latest version.
I just have a category that is not accessible for some reason. Doesnt seem like a big issue, but I cant resolve it.
