When I try to place an order with you, my payment card is declined. It is a Mastercard from a Danish bank. Why is this happening? And what can we do?

Hi
We are not declining your card, it's declined by Stripe, our payment processor, and that's something we have absolutely no control over. We can't do a thing about it.
Off the top of my mind:
- make sure you do not use any form of VPN when visiting our site
- try from another location (ie from home if you are in the office, from office if you are at home)
- and of course, try either with another card, or try using Paypal. You can select Paypal, but then pay with your credit card, so that can be a solution as I believe Paypal is less picky than Stripe.
