4Analytics does not currently have event tracking of any kind (outgoing click is a form of event). This was a deliberate choice at the start, to avoid making it overly complex. Event tracking will be added in the coming months, but I do not want to ever make it an equivalent of Google Analytics, which can track everything that happens on the site.
