You won't need JSitemap if you have 4SEO. In fact you may be able to remove other extensions such as Tassos GSD for Structured data or RegularLabs ReReplacer for content replacement
4SEF et 4SEO peuvent-ils être utilisés ensemble?
They are unrelated and have no features in common so yes, you can use them together.
However, 4SEF is something that will change URLs on your website. So you need a real good reasons to use it. What would be your use case?

No, if you used sh404SEF you must use 4SEF, because without it all the URLs on your site will change back to the Joomla SEF URLs, and you will lose instantly any SEO rankings you have in search engines.
