I'd like to renew and upgrade to the Pro-package, but when I do, I don't get the 20% renewal discount. Is there a way to sort this out?

Short break for holiday season

Hi,
You will see the "Renew with discount" button on your dashboard for that subscription until it expires. After expiration, there's no renewal discount.
If your subscription has not expired and you do not see the offer to renew with discount, I can double-check the database but that should not happen.

Hi Yannick,
When I click Renew, it does apply the discount. However I'm currently on the (old) Non-Pro subscription. I would like to renew and upgrade to the Pro subscription when renewing at the same time, however then the discount is not applied.

The discount apply to the subscription you are renewing.
So these are 2 separate steps. First renew. Then upgrade the new Pro subscription. Value of the just renewed regular subscription will be pro-rated against the price of the new Pro subscription.
