It was just a general question, as I have seen that users of Yootheme pro have had problems with their site and that then yootheme pro support recommended uninstalling the SEO component.It is important that the SEO component is compatible with Yootheme pro.
Do you recommend that I as a Yootheme pro user install 4SEO?

Well, that's what tech support people do: it's the other extension causing the problem, especially in large company where they have tech support people, who are not the developer of the actual product.
Unfortunately, if uninstalling extension X fixes the problem, it still does not mean the problem comes from extension X. That's not how programming works.
Do you recommend that I as a Yootheme pro user install 4SEO?
I recommend using 4SEO to anyone having a Joomla website, regardless of the extension they are using. If there's a bug or an issue in 4SEO, it'll be fixed. But trust me, if the issue is coming from YooTheme or another extension, I will debug step by step through their code to find the actual source of any issue and not just say "uninstall this other extension".
