Reduced schedule during conference and annual break
We'll be operating with a reduced schedule from tomorrow and the next few weeks, as follows:
We'll be travelling and attending JoomlaDay USA from Tuesday April 22 to Friday April 25. Support will have extended response time during this period. From April 25 evening to Tuesday May 12 included, support will be closed for our annual break.
Don't forget to look up the documentation, including the videos, your answer may already be there! Likewise, be sure to check the Development versions area, in case your problem may already have been solved.
In case of emergency (ie your site is down with a fatal error directly linked to one of our extensions), please contact us by email (see contact icon at the bottom of all pages of this site)

As all Joomla GPL-licensed extensions, it will continue to work for all features that do not use our servers. These are:
- the updates (you do not have access to any update)
- anything related to the Google Search Console (ie: search console data, submitting sitemaps)
And of course if you do not purchase 4SEO, then the developer cannot make a living and in the future there will not be any 4SEO :)

Error loading data from server. Cannot connect to Service: Not authorized by Google: Error refreshing OAuth token with google.search_console: Got a 400 response code
Is this related to my website settings or is the error related to the expiration date of the purchase? Thank you.

Not after the expiration of a subscription. You receive 3 notifications, 30 days, 7 days and 24 hours before expiration, to remind users of the possibility to renew with a 20% discount.
The discount before expiration is the only one we do. I do not do any form of discount at any time of the year.
