You likely do not have an active subscription with us? updates are available to users with an active subscription so if you don't have one, then access to updates will likely not be allowed.

I do not offer any discount at any time. Offering discounts means I have to increase prices for everyone else to compensate for the discounts given to a few, which I refuse to do.
I'd suggest you keep using the version you have, and test on a copy of your site if all goes well.

Mon abonnement d'un an se terminait le 08 février 2024 et j'ai vu que vous aviez apporté d'importantes mises-à-jour avant que celui-ci n'expire.
Malheureusement je n'ai pas téléchargé les dernières mise-à-jour pensant que celles-ci s'installaient en arrière-plan automatiquement.

Absolutely not. My software is free because it's released under the GPL license. The only thing I have to make a living is selling subscriptions for updates. So you will get updates when you have an active subscription. Don't ask again, you will get the exact same answer.
