Sorry about the trouble. Appearing in the Joomla menu is not something 4SEO has an impact on, it's done by the Joomla installer and so I guess something went wrong when Joomla copied one or more files.
I'd suggest uninstalling it, downloading a fresh version and install again. In addition, make sure to NOT unzip the download file. You must install it exactly as you downloaded it.
Lastly, please make sure to open tickets in the subscribers-only support categories. You are in the pre-sale category and as we provide support to our subscribers, we can't do that in the pre-sale category.
Going to close this ticket now for this reason, if problem is not solved, please open a new ticket (referencing this one) in the subscribers 4SEO category.
