I'm sorry but this cannot become a habit.
You received 3 emails notifications to renew: one month, 7 days and 24 hours before.
It is totally unfair to other users who do the right thing and renew in time.
I'll let Catherine do it again this year but we won't do it newt year.
Please inform us once you have renewed and she'll do the change.
