Reduced schedule during conference and annual break
We'll be operating with a reduced schedule from tomorrow and the next few weeks, as follows:
We'll be travelling and attending JoomlaDay USA from Tuesday April 22 to Friday April 25. Support will have extended response time during this period. From April 25 evening to Tuesday May 12 included, support will be closed for our annual break.

You need to clarify: rewrite URLs is different from redirecting. Do you want to redirect or to rewrite?
Both options are possible, the first with 4SEO, the second with 4SEF.
Also, I can see that while using my extensions, you have left all your subscriptions expire for quite some time now. Please make sure to keep your subscriptions active at all times: first to run the latest versions, and more importantly to ensure I'll be around in the future to reply to your questions.
