The holiday season is with us and we'll be off from December 25, 2025 and back on January 5nd, 2026.
Don't forget to look up the documentation, including the videos, your answer may already be there! Likewise, be sure to check the Development versions area, in case your problem may already have been solved.
In case of emergency (ie your site is down with a fatal error directly linked to one of our extensions), please contact us by email (see contact icon at the bottom of all pages of this site).

We sell 1 year subscriptions that allow access to our extensions updates. These subscriptions also include access to the support helpdesk.
For each extensions, subscriptions exist in 2 versions:
- Standard for up to 3 websites
- PRO for an unlimited number of websites
All subscriptions can be accessed from the All products plans page in the menu (or directly from each extension product page, also accessed through the menu).
But honestly, I'm quite surprised by all this: how did you get our extension, 4SEO, without a subscription in the first place?

This is because we are waiting for license information from the person who updated our Joomla and installed the extensions
Good. Please be aware that "license information" is not something I will use of that will give you access to support.
A subscription is associated with an account on this website. The only way to open a suport ticket is to log-in with an account that has an active subscription.
So if somebody "...installed the extensions", and they have an active subscription with us, they are absolutely the only person who can open a ticket here.
